I have never been during in Glamis so I cannot speak on that. I see no reason to after visiting st a twice.  It would be nice just to say I've been but its a 28 hr drive vs 16 hrs to st a. Truly miss st a dunes too.

Yup! Be sure to get one sized for your car. I would need a 3/4". Back in my mud days we used similar all the time. They work amazingly well and are much less abusive to your car.  I DO have stories of stupid shit from back then. :m

3080 with full load of fuel and me in it.  A person needs to have an actual snatch strap/rope made for jerking a car out. Tow straps are not really meant for that. Too little stretch to build energy.
