well back to trying to set up a dry river run. I'm out for all of march and April. my plant will be down for spring repairs. this means, I will be working. I'm  hoping to make a spring trip to LS. (may) the real funny thing is, the river that always runs dry!. has been running the last month. but it will dry up. that I'm sure of. we may need to look at a date more into June.    any thought's on this?

Being up here in Michigan, it has gotten cold enough to freeze up rivers thick enough to ride on in years past. Some may not realize that rivers take much longer to freeze than lakes do, due to the water moving much more in a river. While lake riding is fairly easy, riding a river happens a lot less. Never for me.

Soooo, a dry river seems as though it would offer much the same draw as a frozen river, a winding trail with all different kinds of corners. Not that I'm likely to make this ride, just getting a little stir crazy. Come on, spring!

It would be a long drive but you might want to consider it and then make the short trek on to LS while down this way. I'm SURE at least a few of us would meet up with you.

GET THE STATE TO MAKE THE SPOTS BIG ENOUGH FOR MY VERY LARGE TURNING RADIUS AND ADD SEWER HOOKUPS AND I WILL. Either that or come to dueces.
