Looking for new internet auction site OTHER than Ebay!!

I have been on Ebay for years and made them a good share of money.

However there new "policies" were written to make it super easy for worthless deadbeats to ruin good peoples feedback and not have to fear there own being harmed.

Now to top if off you cannot take checks or money orders for genral items. Only a few certain items.

You HAVE to accept paypal and paypal will allow a buyer to get an item. CLAIM its not what they were supposed to get. Then refund the money and let them keep the item. To get this corrected takes WEEKS of hassle and even then its not alwasy done and often not at all!
So I am looking for a new auction site thats actually got brains running it.

Ones thats nationwide. Craigs list is fine for local but if it can be used for nationwide I do not know how.

I don't think you can list nationwide but you can search nationwide.

I have had people searching nationwide contact me but I have tried many things and never been able to search more than one small area at a time.

Thanx Guys I will look into those more they look potentially promising.

Its amazing to me how much Ebay is loosing with its new policies. I have seen about 50 people now (many are ebay store owners and powersellers) on other sites I visit who are leaving Ebay due to be screwed by the new system by people with little to no feedback. Some of these people selling have feedbacks thats measured in thousands! And all so little whiners with NEG feedback and 20 or less can "play" around and not buy stuff.

I guess Ebay has meetings and they fill the doughnuts with stupid.

Some of the sellers have complained hundreds of times (Its a long process and gets old QUICK) about two kids (not just two, but two kids or one with two accounts bids thier own .01 penney auctions up) They put up false auctions of something for a penny just to get their post count high enough to bid over minimum amounts when the seller list items that need a 20 feedback or higher to bid.

They use a sniper service to bid in the last seconds so you cannot ban them as its over before you know it. Nice eh? 

Then they don't pay or pay and retract the money and trying to get the money or item back is rediculously hard.   

Many have people retract the money then the "buyer" cancels his accounts and dissappears.

Ebay seems to be struck with MTV disease.

Start out nice and what people want to see then turn in to something not even close to what made it great.

I haven't bought or sold on e-bay for several years due to the BS scams ripp offs and e-bay and effen pay-pal...there bull crap costed me almost 3500 bux...

Purple wave is a good place to buy but it seems like it sells stuff perhaps too low to make you happy.It is honest and straightforward tho.

BUMMER, Isreali made DE...awesome weapon...small filejob and no jam...Prolly too much weapon for the specinator...But the price is good ;D
