That was one big Erector set. There was lots and lots of prefab done before hand. That's like showing a time lapse of an empty lot, then showing the truck with a prefab home on the trailer, then showing the crane setting it on the foundation. Viola, you have a house that is done in less than a day!
I worked a 30 story hospital called the Gonda Building, which is an addition to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota. It didn't go up in record time, but it went up quick. It was build a whole lot heavier duty then that hotel was. Lets do a comparison in 30 years and see which one is still standing and which one hasn't been standing for 15 years.
