The 2uda has a better overall look by far! I like it. If I were you I'd investigate Mosebilts use of plated square tube when remaking the arms. That won't happen again. Love the press tip!!!! Genius!

Lance, Didnt we use the trailer jack to pop a bead on the tire. Kind of the same idea as far as a press goes... Leave it up to you to bend the arm!!! On the tie rods... Iv been using 4140 HT solid rod carved out for less weight. Maybe we need to go that route?

On that steering sprocket setup would it not be better just to put the second bearing or add a third to the other side of the sprocket like the receiving end? Basically so that that primary steering shaft is in double shear like the secondary one is?

Moving the bearing down on the shaft till it's next to the sprocket would do wonders.

+1. Also,.060 is not enough even then for a steering column. IMO,.125 minimum.
