Ya, I was telling them to just send me the valve stems and some fluid and I would be happy. Hope I don't have to send them back.

Brake parts The master cylinders and pedals came from Ebay. The Jamar parts are from Sand parts.com. For disc brakes should I send the 10 psig checks back and get the 2 psig version or will the 10 psig work?

2 pound residual valves. If you actually need 10's you have other issues.......

Ya, I mistakenly ordered the 10's meant to get the 2 psig valves. I was thinking I more than likely won't need them period because I have a 1" cylinder the run the rears and a 7/8" for the fronts.

You only actually need residual valves only if the MC is below or near below the calipers(piston sizes do not matter). Still 2# residuals are the correct choice for disc brakes. 10# residuals will make caliper drag the rotor too much.

ya that would've been loud when they blew and had to see the box expand! lol
the #10 res valves as I have always understood it were for drum brakes. I have never ran any resid vavles on any rail I have built w/o problems.

One of the rails I built had to have them but this time I am going with hanging pedals. I hope to have the master cylinders far enough above the brakes not to need them. They are easy enough to cut in later anyway. Thanks for the input.

Are you positive the mc's don't already have one? Some do.

So I ended up picking up another project for the guy that is doing my engine work. His project was a mess the guy he had welding did know how and had no idea how to set up suspension so I fixed a few issues on it. It is a mini sprint frame that he had me put a R1 engine in. He bought all Rhino suspension parts that I mounted for him. He is also using the Rhino diff via a drive shaft directly off of the R1 tranny.

Well I started to bolt up the rear wheels and locate those tabs on the frame and the Micro Stubs don't fit when assembled. I had checked fit with just the bearing. A real drag, I spent three weeks on those things. So back the drawing board. I am going to try and get a set made out of 3/8" plate and bent. Just think all the practice I got building those or at least that is what I am telling myself.
