I make a bunch of different kinds...
Zippy pepper is a Hybrid aisian pepper, known for it's distinct taste and mild heat...I grow these just for the pickles...(side note I grow all of these ingredients organically in my garden)
KUNG PAO peppers are another asian pepper, mostly known for it's use in stir fry...slightly warmer and sweeter than a Zippy
THAI DRAGON... visiously HOT PEPPER...hottest hybrid known to mankind when grown propperly...I nearly killed sweddy with a cross polinated sweet chili...(it was supposed to a warm sweet pepper)

Mild Zippies...are a Dill, zippy pepper, garlic based pickle, Good all around eating pickle....Not too spicey, but slightly warm...

ZIPPIES...Are a Zippy pepper, dill, garlic and onion based pickle, they have more heat than mild, leave your tongue with a slight tingle, and are ADDICTIVE, just ask Fabr ;D SOLD OUT

X-ZIP...are a zippy, kung pao, with a hint of thai dragon and jalapenio, dill, garlic and onion pickle...These are my second favorite...These are NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART, they have a creeper heat to them...taste is awesome, with a heat surge about the second bite...Very tasty SOLD OUT

DOUBLE D's...are a double dill zippy pickle I came up with just for Fabr, Specinator loves them...SOLD OUT

SHACK OUTBACK SLICER's...I designed these pickle for the resort we were going to build on the dunes :( They are designed to be sliced and put on or accompany burgers, sandwiches, brats or what ever...they are a Zippy, garlic, onion, and light and dried dill pickle (dried dill has a less pungent taste) I can them whole but can slice before bagging up for shipping...Nothing but RAVE reveiws there

WILD ZIPPIES...Are a wild onion based zippy pickle, similar to the Zippy but with the wild onion punch...These are my absolute favorites, wild onions are often hard to come by  (but I have mastered growing them  ;D ) So this year I have alot of them

DRIED DILL ZIPPIES...These are for the people who like pickles but tink that many are overpowered with dill

ZIPPY BEANS...Are the same receipe as Zippy peppers only instead of cukes I use green beans. These are a warm and tasty treat, My chiropractor puts them in his martini's instead of olives...SOLD OUT

WILD ZIPPY BEANS...Same as above but with the wild onion punch...

Mild jalapeeno's... A blend of Zippy pepper's and Jap's, Slightly hot, but not so much as to leave you howling in the morning  ;D

Pickled JALAPEENO's...Name says it all $3.oo per pint or $4.00 quart

DOCTORED JAP's...A mix I whipped up for Mrs Fabr...Very hot...Japs with some Zips and Thai dragons tossed in for fun

-------------------------------------------------------

BLOODY MARY #2 Yummi will be naming them upon his return from the dunes ;D
Flavor wise I drink it like a V-8 juice...It is spicey and not a celery seedy as the store bought stuff...It has a crisp heat with a warm afterglow

Pickles $3.00 per quart plus shipping  plus shipping
Beans $2.00 per pint or $4.oo per quart  Plus shipping
Pickled pepper's $3.oo per pint or $4.00 per quart
Bloody mixes $ 2.50 per bag...28 oz's
There's more but I can't type anymore :-[
