               LS getting close guys.   As you all know I'll be cooking South West Chicken Soup for supper Saturday night the twenty fourth.  I need a head count as to how many will be coming.  So I'll have enough bowls and spoons.  It's going to be a little extra hot this year being it will have some of Spec's hot Chile powder in it.    Post up here if your going to come up the the trailer Sat night about 6.

Aftrer a week of making jerky :P
I have the last batch in the dehydrators...and a bunch of boxes ready and almost ready to ship...Poor fookin mail man drowning
Now....
I dryed some jerky more than others...The softer bags are for the ride to the dunes...The dryer stuff is so you don't get sticky fingers at the dunes ::)
If it's too dry for your liking...Just cut an apple into 1/8 ths and stuff it in the bags with the jerky
and that will soften it up...but it will get sticky again...and your buggies will have sticky finger prints on them rofl LMAO rofl
