thinking a busa 1000 but honestly if I ever find a 1300... what did you guys use?

The Busa is popular if you can find one. I was looking for a Busa, but couldn't find one in my price range. I jumped on my 2004 GSX-R 1000 when I found it complete with less than 10K miles for $1080 shipped. Its all about timing. Some guys are finding Busas for $1500. I couldn't find one for less than $3000. The TL1000 is another choice if you need more low end torque depending on your riding terrain.
If you remain calm while everything around you is complete chaos... then you probably haven't fully understood the situation!

I'm partial to the busa. Any 1K or up will likely be just fine for you tho.

the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a
loyalty to the American people."
