TL 1000 powered buggy

hello boys

he's a bit of vid for you, Mark has biult this in a year almost to the day, this is the very first time its turned a wheel so not sorted yet and not more than 4000 of the 10,000 rpm available

That's a cool buggy! I too wanted to do a 4x4 I might get around to it one day rofl and think how good it'll be when he sorts it all out.. 8)

dont really know, its still not working well at higher revs but this might be the injectors as they were siezed solid and took a lot of freeing off, new ones  are on thier way to try, heres a bit more vid using a bit more gas pedal

A person can't help but be impressed with it's capabilities. Ugly as sin,in my eyes anyway :), but I can't knock the ingenuity and fab work to create that very capable buggy. Very well done and my hats' off to the builder. Congrats!

I'm wondering if he used the axles I saw for sale on ebay and OFN forum? I think they were comet units.

I think it is pretty sweet, but then again I'm pretty easy to impress because I'm new to this. I'd be a little worried about driver protection in a rollover. Seems a little too skinny up top to keep the driver's head and shoulders from hitting dirt.

Then again, it may be the low hip bar more than the top. It looks wider in the still shots.
If you remain calm while everything around you is complete chaos... then you probably haven't fully understood the situation!
