  • If it is worth doing!!!!!! Do it in the sand
« Last Edit: August 07, 2009, 12:59:37 PM by Masterfabr »

If I believe I cannot do something it makes me incapable of doing it. But when I believe that I can, then I acquire the ability to do it , even if I didn't have it at the beginning.

Link gets to the site but which cv you talking about?

but something else also, isn't an American at all.  We have room for but one
flag, the American flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is
the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a
loyalty to the American people."

Any one of them.  Could they be modified to work for our application?  Would they produce more angle?

I think RCV is who made the axles that k-fub used and broke when he dropped them on the floor. Seems like a few others had issues also. Don't think the cv's had any issue tho.

K-fub?  How in the hell do you bust and axle buy dropping it on the floor?

Really? I don't know why RCV stuck in my mind but my apologies to RCV for the confusion.  RCV, welcome to the site. Sorry it was under this circumstance. Thank you very much for the correction. While we have you tho,do you have a substitute for a 930 CV that will truly be capable of say 30 degrees misalignment angle? That would solve SOOOOO many problems we have.

I haven't but that is ,I think anyway ,what k-fab had done. Do you offer such a shaft? What angle can we get with it?

So the CV's on front wheel drive or on 4WD only capable of 28 degree turning.  Seems that they turn sharper than that.  Just wondering.
You can keep your CHANGE, I'd like to keep my DOLLAR.

FWD cars use a fixed joint as opposed to a cross groove. Fixed joints can handle more angle, but no plunge. Cross groove can handle plunge, but not so much angle.
