Good! Got a few original style sold to tool up. I am now working on complete bikes built from the ground up. Completely my design. I am about halfway through the prototype..

This one will be a lot faster and more powerful and hold twice the battery. Hoping for at least 50 miles off road! Should be close to 100 just cruising on the street!

Very cool!

Is that a piggyback shock in your cad drawing?

Hows the gearbox holding up.

We have a guy around here that is absolutly flying by my house on an e-bike! I keep trying to flag him down, but by the time I hear it...hes down the road.

I went a different rout due to noise but the box held up well. I am using a motor that has a 5:1 planetary reduction so its much quieter almost silent.

What does the bike look like? I bet I know him from endless sphere, the site I hang out on for that stuff, there's only a handful doing over 40 mph...

Got some work done finally! Got the steering column in, steering box, more bracing and started to figure out the fuel cell!

Thanks! My TIG skills are a bit rusty but they are improving! Lol! Basically need to do a couple more braces and then finish weld everything and add a column support at the firewall. Then just hook up/mount the fuel cell and new brake pedal and I'm in business!

What I mean by different is the whole front suspension design is very different, with some very big loads.
