Good question. Power steering? It largely depends upon the size of the machine. The geometry of the front end and wheel sizes. The intended useage (racing or play). The surface it will run on. How long it will be in use (a few 10 minute blasts or a 3 hour haul). Who is using the car (you or your wife or children) and how strong they are.Once you have the answer to all those questions you will probably be able to answer the question yourself. There is no yes or no answer. Sorry to be a PITA.GENERALLY, for small machines...nah...... larger machines probably/possibly yes.I think Fabrs has an electric unit installed but its in the larger scale range for a bike powered beasty. Mine is a racing mongrel and is small and Im large so I wont be installing it anytime soon.
Here's one that looks trick.http://www.rodandcustommagazine.com/techarticles/0804rc_flaming_rivers_electronic_steering_system/index.html
Geeze Fabr sounds like your setting it up for a gimp pilot
Going with a powersteering unit. I was thinking it would get rid of any bumpster.Chris
."I think you mean steering kickback or feedback and yeah p/steer can help there."
