Well have not had time to work on it in 6 weeks.  Put out 25 cows yesterday and started a new company so time has been short.
I have some of the panels fab-ed and waiting on a buddy to get around to rolling some stuff for me.  Not sure when I will get more time as I will be in FL next week and just got home from Vegas.  Life is flying right now.  I guess that's good as compared to the alternative of nothing to do.
You smell that?

Nice work.

the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a
loyalty to the American people."

Sandy

How much room is there between the fuel tank and the rad?  Looks pretty close.  You going to have cooling issues?

If I believe I cannot do something it makes me incapable of doing it. But when I believe that I can, then I acquire the ability to do it , even if I didn't have it at the beginning.

That is a concern since I am planning a windshield on it.  I am thinking, like Faber said, to add a ducted panel on the side just under the rear shocks to direct air that way.  If needed I could add a foil of sorts to the rear edge of the roof to direct air down.
The radiator is a Ron Davis double pass so I am hopeful that the issue might be minimal.

I have lots more to do and planning on getting a lot done this weekend.  I had to put a new power cord on my plasma cutter last night.

Question:  I have a bead roller and plan to put a stepped roll in to stiffen the panels.  In my mind it should not have an effect on the panel dimensions because it will be stretching the bead area.  Thoughts?

You won't have any dimensional change running beads.

It will scrink the panels when you roll the bead. Not by much but some. If your useing a 1/8 scrink roller and roll it 1/8 deep then the panel should scrink in by half that.

Has to.  Take a pice of material three inches wide and run 1/8 bead 1/8 deep and then see if the same pice is three wide.  I bet i'll be 1/16 th less.
