I am guessing sinus problems with the comment about your . Have you tried Afrin? I don't actually use Afrin, but the Rite Aid/Target/Etc version of Oxyblahblahblah. I now take Ibuprofen too. I never thought about it for sinuses, until reading about it being an anti-inflammatory reducing swelled sinus passages. It does help. The Afrin is the quick fix and the Ibuprofen for the long haul. Mucinex, if I am clogged up. I also do the nasal rinse thing. It works the best if I do it after something that will irritate my sinuses, but before they start bothering me. I do it now after running the mill. Breathing in the coolant mist was giving me horrible headaches the next day. Rinse out the black snot right when I get home and I am good.

Can use the afrin, dries me out to bad. I do the sinus rinse every day! Headaches are weather changes and the golf ball (brain tumor). Mix the high winds throwing up everything at work, and a weather front, and the first day back after a month. Just =

You have my sympathy. I lived with that crap for the first 50 years of my life. I finally outgrew it as they said I would in my teens.  Last 5-6 years have been a blessing!

Its confirmed! I allergic to work! Or building used to house a body shop. Well when the wind blows that dust still gets in the air. My water all day. One hour out of the building and my quit watering. You can see the cloud in the warehouse. They should have hosed down the beams before we moved in. We have talked about vacuuming it up but you need a hell of a filter to keep from just blasting it around.

This morning here in central Nebraska, it's now snowing with a north wind of 40 to 60 mph, after 2" of rain yesterday. THIS WEATHER SUCKS!
