gas tanks

what are you guys using for fuel tanks? i kinda like the black p;lastic fuel cells from summit or jegs..  but i do kinda like the spun aluminum buggy tanks also.. so show pics or whatever of what you guys use..

I weld up my own.SOrry no pics. Buggy fried to the ground a year ago last Labor Day. Wasn't tank related either!!! gg:

Oh I didn't build them, I was just giving examples. I just like them because they are stainless, and thats what I want to use for mine.

The car I'm working on right now will get a custom aluminum one though.

Sometimes. I don't do thick stuff because my TIG is not water cooled. But tanks are thin enough that I can handle without burning my hand.
