The dumbasses at the post office APPARENTLY ran my box of goodies over with a truck and smashed one bag of pickles. (should of got a pick of that). All I have tried since I got them 2 Hours ago was the Wild Zippies. What company is that that claims the best crunch? They need to call Spec and put him on the BOARD!!!!!!!!!!! They are delicious And are crunchier than anything I have ever bought at the store. I hope Spec can keep up with the demand once everyone here gets a taste of them. ;D You guys really need to order a taste test at least.  mm: mm: mm: mm: mm: mm: mm: mm: mm: mm: mm: mm: mm: mm: mm: mm: mm: mm: mm: mm: mm: mm: mm:

If it's not hot enouph add some of the red pepper powder I tossed in and let it sit a few minutes before you try it...or add more...let it expand...trust me...
If  you need more heat I can make some ''warmer'' next season for youI cooked chilli tonight..
Now if I can just stay conscious long enouph to eat some 8)

But that chilli is already cooked...so you better eat it soon :o
Yup, Fabr has been telling me to do this for a couple of years now,
I should have been doing this instead of dinking around with the syrahole resort
I apprecieate the kind words...
Bug, Yummi, and I are working on the PICKLE MEISTER'S PLACE in the vendors section.
I'll be expanding the list, and adding Home grown organic spices, jerky's and sausages, and dehydrated camp foods in the near future ;)
Just a reminder, If we get enouph people coming to LS in the fall I will be doing all the cooking for the group, and will have lots and lots of pickles, beans andother goodies on hand that will be included with the foods I cook there

I'm alittle over 300 miles west - north west of you...
I've been gardening and canning my whole lif, camp cookie since a teenager. Kinda funny I used to just shoot my deer, radio it in and head back to camp to start breakfast, somebody else would pick up, gut it, and drag it in for me...Cuz I was cookin'...I've been doing jerky since the late 70's...My 1ts dehydrator was a coffee can, oak splitter shards, with some sticks over it...mostly cooked and burnt it...I got my 1st real dehydrator, bout 1980 I was still in hi-school...I've been grinding sausage, doin jerky, smoking fish, and canning ever since, on a small scale to keep the quality really high, More or less a hobby, that keeps me fed
Now it is my only income 8)
