So bleeding brakes and have a leak in brake m/c. Pull apart thinking I'll need to rebuild, fluid coming out around rod into boot. Lots of crap inside, get all cleaned. The seals look brand new, so go to reassemble.
I'm looking for instructions, drawing of it. No luck. Have one piece I'm not sure how its flipped inside. Rebuild kits have no real instructions or on Jamars site that I can find. May have to pull clutch one and pay more attention to fig this out. Hoping email to Jamar can prove useful.

Pics of parts?

:wwp:

this is it.
Theres another 1/4" think alum washer piece thats beveled on one side not in this pic.
-
Which piece are you confused about?
-
The flat back of the cup goes against the alum piston. The alum puck on end of spring goes in the cup..is that what you needed.
-
Alum washer pice not in pic. believe it goes op end of spring. And the flat white plastic washer.
-
I believe you are correct on that. Don't quote me on it tho!
-
figure it out?
-
Not really. Customer service never got back yet, so I'm gonna carefully pull clutch m/c and use as a guild. It prob needs cleaning too.
-
Clutch side internals are diff, but close enough to figure it out. cleaned both reassembled and brakes still leakin. Even thou seals are soft and flexiable, and bore is as smooth as glass. Rebuild kit on way.
