Here's a fun one,
New style splined shaft, Knowing that There will be many adjustments to be made to this set up. Will be needing to get the secondary off (easily)to change springs and helix's so the shaft had to be shortened, and still be able to allign properly...
The problem is I build a compact chassis, To get enouph room to pull the secondary without pulling the Jackshaft,(cuz then you gotta pull the brake caliper too, and re allign the shaft again)
So I whacked the shaft to length, re-bored the bolt hole tapped it and used the plug, again Using spacers to keep things lined up, I can't stress enouph keep those clutch's allinged as the factory had them...Very little mis-allignment will Make it Eat belts, flip belts, and drive like you were pulling a ships anchor

Another side note,
The caliper in the pic above is Not the very best way to mount it...Collects dirt :-[
I put it there for a couple of reasons 1) it's out of the way  2)If the chain get's tossed it won' wrap up in the caliper (done that before)
3) cuz it was easier than fabbing up a top mount for it
