I just read the samba thread and it is good, Too bad people gotta be crooks, I used to work in a junk yard and sell cores to different buyers...One guy used to pay extra for them to be pressure washed...This was fine until he sold a buddy of mine a rebuilt turbo 350 that had come from our yard....still dripping from the pressure wash I had done about 3 hours earlier... :-[

If you don't hear from him I'll post up his PM to me stating he has.Give it a few days to be fair. But IF he has done what he says I'd think he'd tell you first and not me.I suppose he thinks I'll STFU now. I'm watching.

I wouldn't be satisfied but I am happy he is now being taken care of.I 'm glad I was able to help put Don under the spotlight so he would not really be able to not do the right thing. I caught a lot of shit for it at GD.com.It was a deleted topic at -MBN. AXBAJA.com defended DON . Only THE SAMBA allowed it to be discussed unbiased. WE did not discuss it here much and that was my fault as I felt I needed to use the clout of The Samba and itt' legions of VW followersd to help pressure Don into doing the right thing.I'm glad to have helped. To those that think I'm an ass for doing so i say--GO BUY  SOMETHING PRICEY, RECEIVE LESS THAN WHAT ANY REASONABLE PERSON WOULD EXPECT,BE TREATED  AS IF YOU'RE OUT OF LINE FOR COMPLAINING,AND THEN TELL US YOU'RE  HAPPY ABOUT IT. Yeah ,sure you will.

I think Bill at Az Transaxle will be a great benefit to our forum, and our members will benefit from using him in the future... ;D
