Well sure they have.

but something else also, isn't an American at all.  We have room for but one
flag, the American flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is
the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a
loyalty to the American people."

Depends on whether you can fab the header yourself and if you are capable of tuning it yourself.Ballpark if you can do it all yourself is 2K ,if not ,up to 5K or so. Try out this            www.suzukihayabusa.org    for great info on turboing a busa. The guru's of busa t'boing are there.

Just stay with the stock busa then.

Busas are no different than any other motor.You can increase the performance with internal mods or just enhance it wit bolt on stuff.A PC is an enhancement(hopefully)that  is a bolt on item that will likely not give you any noticable performance increase by itself.Improperly adjusted and you will lose performance instead. Leave it stock and enjoy it.

i know by working on my cusins bike that he put a racing clutch and that gave him a little more power and by puting racing cams he got 20 or 25 hp and when he put a power comander on it   it was a good jump in performance

Interesting... ::)

Larger aftermarket cams in a busa wont be beneficial without having massive amounts of port-work to go along with it. Up to 7 hp (peak) is possible doing an intake-on-exhaust cam mod along with other mods (airbox, filter, pipe.......)

Please follow Masters link and advice (leave it stock, more power than most know what to do with it..). A wealth of information.

I'm not saying its not possible. I have had some fun back in the day with a carburated ZX7, big bore, stroked, insane porting, cams. It was an insane increase in power but not until 12000 rpms! Down low it LOST power, and took alot of fun out of riding the bike. I just dont want to see you destroying the low end that the Busa has. In these heavy cars, we need as much as we can get. Run a good filter, a good flowing exhaust, and a Powercommander to take the most advantage of your setup, and enjoy what the stock internals are capable of. YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED. ;D
