to be honest, i thought the beehive spring was the latest tech.......never heard of the conical shaped design. i went with the old tried and true springs to error on the safer side. i am intrigued with the conical design though. the new wire designs are fascinating as well and have come a long way just to see the new era of camless engines lol    i don't run high rpms now but that last cam would allow 7500 rpm. that was fun and made for more ground speed but as i understand it my hydraulic lash adjusters are really only safe to 6500 rpm plus and this is a huge plus!!!!! at 7500 rpm on e85 i'll need a 20 gal tank and a 60 gal reserve back at camp  rofl rofl ;) with that being said.....  higher rpms do produce more power and make engines sound better but i need my bottom end!

Beehives have been around for quite some time. The conical winding and opulate wire is fascinating.

yes it is as well as the weight reduction along with it and the added strength in just the key critical areas! the comp tech has allowed sooooo many people to really dial in a lot of diff aspects that went unknown way back. that is the one pos i can come up with for the new tech  ;)
