WTF is the shift rods pattern ? Which way do you turn/push/pull for each gear?

standard H - reverse is to the left and down (back) or did I really miss the question?

Not the shifter pattern.The shifter rod on the nosecone. What motion does it make for each gear?

With trans sitting in the position its sits in the Bus, you are in front of shift stick looking towards trans. Counter clockwise and pull is reverse, centered push is 1st, pull for 2nd, rotate stick clockwise push is 3rd, pull 4th.
