it's a shame he didn't dyno to find out loss through a chain drive center. the rev box he is replacing with this build is a tom pro rev box.

True. I'm fairly sure the belts eat up HP . I may be incorrect tho. IMO,the idea is sound but the belts need positive protection from sand. That is lacking. I noticed he says he lightened the belt pulleys but it never is shown even on his completed drive. From what he posted the 2 of them are 40 pounds by themselves! Personally,I think it didn't work out as well as is let on,reading between the lines.

I wondered about the lack of "followup".  I was excited with the 475 hp but always wonder how to get it to the ground.

well the pics of the rail with the pipe going from the turbo directly to the intake also has a pressure switch on the side of the motor. not sure if that is water meth since he doesn't have an innercooler or nos?

after reading it i thought the pics of the one rail were someone elses and i was hoping to see what kind of boost #'s or some info on how he built that motor for that hp. i read some vague statement or meantion of nos but nothing more.

i have been considering water/meth instead of an inner cooler for the cooling effect and octane bump ( to a point) but given that these motors lack an alternator or amperage above 45 i feel i am at my limits now lol but have been considering giving up 1 of the 20" led bars and the 6" then putting the 2 4" on the nose to lighten the amp draw load. not having dead batt issues or anything i just know i am at that mark.

so any thougths on water/meth vs innercooler and the only reason i am considering it is as not to block any of my radiator, more plumbing and the slight octane bump for pre det on premium pump fuel even though i don't trust it is actually premium lol i will not be running over 8 lbs at this time  ;D

Intercoolers don't fail. Water/meth pumps do fail.Water/meth run out. If it fails/runs out under high boost, you lose an engine. Is that what you are wanting? It's not rocket science building a high output /high boost engine that will live. Good pistons and the best rods you can buy along with the usual durability stuff is all there is to it . $$$$$$ How fast you want to go?
