Ethanol Fire Extinguishing

Thought I'd pass this along,just in case.

Alcohol resistant foam extinguisher ,water spray or fog is preferred. DO NOT use a water jet spray,use  fog,mist or spray only.  Dry chemical,CO2 ,sand or dirt is effective on small fires ONLY.

In other words do not splash the burning alky around with a water jet/stream spray!
