Don't know if this is the right place to post this. I have a set of Douglas rims I'm wanting to put on but where do I find adapters to fit the larger lug pattern? I'm stuck. their 4 lug too
-
wHAT BOLT PATTERN TO WHAT PATTERN? Sorry, caps lock and
typingpecking blind. LOL!!!
-
I have some adapters from 4 on 100, common car pattern to 4 on 156, common ATV pattern.
-
That might be what I need here's what I need to switch too first is what I have second is what I'm puting on.
-
Pretty much I need some of these. Looked but no success
-
Need to know measurement of wheel bolt pattern. 4 lug measure across center to center. I've got a set too, ill have out a tape on them.
-
Like 4 1/2 small 6 1/8 larger
-
Maybe more like 4 1/4 for small pattern

that would be 3.937"x6.14" or pretty close to 3 15/16"x 6 1/8"
-

that'd be 108 mm-nope.
-
Like 4 1/2 small 6 1/8 larger
that wiould be 114mm,nope again.that's 156mm,GOOD!!!!!
-
I'm not sure. I just used a tape measure.
-
gonna have to read it closer than that for any one ,with certainty,to help you. Big size is good, need closer small measurement. It should likely be much closer to just under 4".
-
I understand. Funny thing is my calipers are broke all I have is tape measure right now. From center to center straight across is 4 1/4 for the smaller lug pattern and 6 1/8 straight across for the Douglas rims ( larger lug pattern).
-
I'm not that familiar with all possible small patterns. Maybe you are correct for all I know LOL!!! Someone that is better informed will chime in soon I bet.
-
Might just need to buy new rims lol

Might just need to buy new rims lol
naw,at worst someone here will probably offer to make whatever you need before you spend the money for that.

Oops, the ones I have are 2" spacer only, 4x136. Current rail I run adapter too got from same place, about $100. Billet alum, pretty nice. The have a bolt pattern you can print (be sure to print at 100% rofl kick) to confirm size. Let me see if I can find link..............
This is where last couple sets come from, but still need to get measurements right. And print of the guide to confirm.

You might be thinking that measuring with a tape measure will get you close enough to a standard pattern, but that is probably not true. 4 1/2 used to be a common pattern and is now often referred to as 114.3mm. Some changed it slightly to an even 115 though. Close, but may not center right. I have also seen 112. 108 is close to 4 1/4, but both patterns exist.
Looking back at the picture, since that is an ATV wheel, is it 4 on 115 Yamaha pattern?

Got a guy making me some out of steel I said eff it I'm trying to get to silver lake sand dunes Labor Day. I know alluminum would be the way to go I figured winter time is a good time to do the finishing touches.
-
You'll never notice the difference between steel and alum..
-
Won't have to worry about it breaking lol
-
did this guy tell you what the bolt patter is? if not any tire store has bolt circle rings and they can tell you in seconds.
if you need to send me a video or two to post go ahead.
-
Hell yea. I will. Just dropped wheels off at my machine guy going to try to use him for anything I need. Thanks
