WTF  went to get the axles and the splines count is only 25  kick.  Guess I have pulled on over on 'em yet.

Got the new longer axles so I had a chance to work on the trailing arms again.  Gonna set full droop on cv's at 20 degrees.  Balls are still fully inside, could probably get a little more.

And the arm with diagonal braces (inside) and some light plate.  Dont think I'll bend these.

Got 2nd one build yest and holy cows they are mirror images.  Will sand blast this eve and paint.  Still gotta make the mounts for passenger side.  Have some more plate work on the mounts to cut.
This is the original arm built to Desertkart plan.  Might be fine for 1 seat lightweight buggy but.....

I'm not a fan of trailing arms but looks good! I doubt you bend those.

No, wasn't enough o.d. on stub to redrill.  I really like these arms, I think they will be plenty strong plus they just look good.   ;D   Got all the tabs welded on frame with geometry set  drowning.  Have some plate work for that too.  And gonna throw these things on the scales.

Well had a few interuptions, work sleep and a birthday. thumb down  But I've got it back together.   I must confess I've LIED to everyone and I'm sorry  :'(.  Bought some more shocks  bs1 I swore I'd only buy shocks with a Fox sticker on them.  I'm running with some coilovers to help with dampening.  I see how it goes.  Had to order some more cv boots, guess you cant soak them in the parts washer I bought.  Had to order paint for the touch up too.  But...... pics.
