Title: %^&*%$#@!!! replacement trailer conversion.
Post by: fabr on September 18, 2009, 07:01:44 PM
I will NEVER again convert a an enclosed carhauler into RV/toyhauler.  These factory units are BS to say the least. POS is being kind. I built my last one from the ground up. Then I burned it to the ground 2 years ago.&*^&^$#^$E$T%!!!!! That SOB was NICE. I'll try to get some pics of it found. Anyway I've made NO progress on the buggy in the last 3 weeks due to needing to get this sucker done in time for LS.I'm NOT staying in the little travel trailer again and NEVER NEVER again will I stay in the POS motels there either :nw that shit is NOT gonna happen again. Oh well here are a few pics of progress. Cabinet doors will be here in a couple weeks along with new windows. Will start finish work on the inside tomorrow. You guys will not expect what we're doing to it.LOL!!!!! More pics to come.

43' fifth wheel  ,older,Haulmark. Not a semi-trailer but might as well be. LOL!! I'll get a pic when I get it outside. 30' car space. Plenty of room for 2 mid size buggies.  Soon as this trailers done and LS outing is over it's back on the buggy full speed ahead so I can at long last get back to where I was before the fire. Then I FINALLY get to get the bad ass buggy started.

You live in a SS lined house?

<<-----  Spent to much time in a "stainless house."  Sucks.  But on the bright side the combo "shitter / sink" is a real space saver.

Faber looks good. Is that cabinet hanging on the door?  I am converting mine but not near as plush. And only 36 ft. Plan on seeing you at LS.
Title: Re: %^&*%$#@!!! replacement trailer conversion.
Post by: fabr on September 25, 2009, 07:52:01 PM
Yep,hanging on the door.Too much trouble moving door sooooooooooooo it became a cabinet door and will be very handy for loading trailer. Likely will be using it this trip for normal access also since I'm likely not have time to install RV entry door. Put another 14 hour nonstop day on it today. Might be able to squeeze in the entry door but it's on the bottom of the list for now. It'll be good to meet up with you guys and not have to effin work for a few days. See ya there! Probab ly Wednesday but may get there Tuesday evening.
