Really?  How expensive is that?   I get to redo my driveway.  The compaction was apparently crap.  I am thinking pavers as they can be repaired and allow some slip.

SS rebar is so $$$ you don't even ask.  Epoxy coated is good, but bends and cuts must be re-coated to seal.  Steel wont rust inside concrete at least at a level we will live long enough to care about.  Driveways never have a proper base.  A good base for pavers would be a good base for concrete.  And that base must be below frost line.  Must also be stable.  Most concrete finishers are lazy and pour too wet, all the water by volume will evap out causing shrinkage, and the beginning of cracks.  Use a water reducing admix to make easy work and not over hydrate the cement.  Concrete cracks!  Using wire mesh or rebar and proper spaced control joint keep the cracks where you want.  I like this http://bometals.com/products/joints/keyed-joints/quickey/ Esp the one with the cap on to keep water out.
Detereration from environment elements or chemicals esp up where they salt the roads has and will be a problem.  It is not a permanent product.  Funny thing, many DOT projects use a weaker concrete, 2500psi because it has more flexibility.  Super high strength is not always better.
You can keep your CHANGE, I'd like to keep my DOLLAR.
