There are plenty of subjects out there for practice.

Its all I can do to keep my head from exploding a few times a week due to either witnessing or dealing with sheer stupidity.
Surprisingly, Autozone is hands down better than Napa on my side of town. But yeah, overall, Customer Service in general is a sad state of affairs in the US anymore.

It is at all levels . The distributors we deal with are total morons 95% of the time. And ,guess what,it's NOT going to get any better . Worse? YUP!

Absolutely worse considering it is a generational issue. Each generation is more self serving than the last, which is a trait that doesn't lend itself to CS. Unfortunately, companies don't seem to care enough to address the problem anymore.
