What's Yours Weigh? (Truck/Trailer Combo)
« on: August 31, 2015, 08:40:50 PM »
I have been curious how much the toter/trailer/all loaded weighed. Finally weighed it today. 34,000 #'s. I guess the baby Cat does OK after all.

my worst tank of fuel was 8.7 mpg and best was a record 10.5 mpg. i saw only one tank at 8.7 and the rest were all 9 to 10.5 so a safe avg would be 9.5 imo. pretty good but down hill helps lol   i could only do 55 mph up that laramie pass east bound ( i waived as i went by fabr lol ) that was a harder pull then west bound on it.

Ya,that's the worst pull of the whole trip. I got screwed big time going up it east bound when you passed me. 2 fooking semis came up on my left and trapped me behind that one in front of me AT 23 FOOKING MPH!!!!!! I was totally screwed at that point as the other 2 went on by. Gotta say ,that sucked big time.

Unloaded I'm running about 17K. Max I have run was moving at about 26K. With the old glass car loaded with water, fuel and fire wood it was 21K.

Average about 10MPG as long as I'm not in Colorado.
