I  cross ocean, poor and broke,
Take bus, see  employment folk.

Nice  man treat me good in there,
Say I need to  see welfare. 

Welfare  say, 'You come no more,
We send cash right  to your door'

Welfare  cheques, they make you wealthy,
Medicare it  keep you healthy!

By  and by, I got plenty money,
Thanks to you,  Australian Dummy.

Write  to friends in motherland,
Tell them 'come  fast as you can.'

They  come in turbans and Ford trucks,
I buy big  house with welfare bucks

They  come here, we live together,
More welfare  checks, it gets better!

Fourteen  families, they moving in,
But neighbour's  patience wearing thin.

Finally,  white bloke moves away,
Now I buy his house,  and then I say,
'Find more aliens for house  to rent.'
And in the yard I put a tent. 

Send  for family they just trash,
But they, too,  draw the welfare cash!

Everything  is very good,
And soon we own the  neighbourhood.

We have hobby?  it's  called breeding,
Welfare pay for baby  feeding.

Kids  need dentist? Wife need pills?
We get free!  We got no bills!
Australian crazy! He pay  all year,
To keep welfare running here. 

We  think Australia 'darn good place!
Too darn  good for the white man race.
If they no like  us, they can scram,

and that poem really struck a raw nerve.

There's too many bludgers in Australia. And I'm sick of busting my gut to keep those cxxts in the lifestyle they've grown accustomed to.

The Australia Government recently brought down it's budget for 09-10.

In that budget they revealed how they were going to claw back the money the pissed up the wall with the 'economic stimulus packages', (which, btw way included $40 million worth of cash handouts to dead people and Australians resident overseas).  Plus, they're losing bucketloads in revenue because businesses are collapsing all over this wide, brown, sunfried land of ours.

The new 'initiatives' include a decision to tax Australians working overseas.  I know this isn't new to our US brothers, but for us it just doesn't make sense.

Apparently, they'll tax us as if we were working in Australia, you know, home every night for tea with the family, able to maintain a social life, get a company car and bonuses, clean streets, water and proper sewerage. 

Then, if we're lucky, we'll be able to claim back the tax we pay in the country(s) where we work.  But no doubt it will have to be written in English, state clearly that it is a 'tax invoice' and have a pound of flesh attached (plus or minus 15%).

So.  All the expats come home and join the dole queue.  Or they say 'fxxk you' and stay away from a country that grows increasingly unattractive everytime I fly back in.

All this comes on top of a Goods and Services Tax that we didn't need.

I might just stay over here.  At least here you can road register quads and rhinos.

I agree...I was at the disability office a few months ago...I sat in line for 3 hours while there were 4 enterpreters sitting there doing nothing...
I ask you how in the FOOK do these people get hurt working here when they just got into the country? ? ? ?
