Not bad for a days work.  Got it ready to weld the hole shut.  just had to cut the neck off and turn the radiator upside down.  Worked out good. already got one of the lines run using the old tube.  Turning it upside down put the inlet and outlet pointing down and on the right side of the motor to.  Wonder how much bubblegum it"ll take to seal the hole.  eyes eyes

Is there anyway to reroute that rad line to remove the "P" trap?  The down, then side then up does not seem ideal - maybe over the top of the motor?  Less chance for air / cavatation?

1 pouch of Big League Chew. rofl   When you pulled that 6 out I thought you'd have enough room to shorten the frame 6".  Now can barely fit the radiator in.  What/where did you grt the blue pieces your using to join the cooling tubes.  Are they silicon?

Actually that's the way they were on the old motor.  It was just on the other side of the car. Infact the top run even went down further and then up.  This is and improvement over the way it was.    Did not seem to have any problems before.  you just never know.  I'll most likely put a air bleed at the top of the radiator even with the cap not being located there.  I'll be extending the fill cap up about six inches to get it higher then the radiator.

the blue hoses are silicon from silicon specialist.  I'll get the Webb site up on here when I get my desk top computer back from having the bugs cleaned out that one of these sites put on it this last week end.   I'm working from my laptop Right now.

Still need to build up the exhaust pipe and worry with the intercooler shroud.

Honestly, for now, there's no reason not to just run the one you have. it's not the way it should be but I wouldn't let it stop/worry me too much if the weather is cooler as we hope for.

Would love to do something like that.  Only problem is there is no one in the mid west that is a good tin bender. We have sand dunes and farmers.  You guys on the west coast have tin benders and sand.  All the good stuff.

That car is for sale on GD - ask him who did the scoop? Get the measurements, maybe some more detail pictures - send the picture off to one of the tin guys and I bet it could be done via mail.
