Orvel,

Dude, I am going out on a limb here.    You dont get laid much do you?

See, the reason I say this is it appears you lack the fine skill of seduction.  This being your first post and all, let me back up a bit.  Welcome to the board.

Now, about your skills.  First, come on, say "hey, how the fxxk are you?"  Let us get to know you.  DS is really a softy and he likely does in fact put out on the first date.  The trouble is, well, like most girls he needs the sweet nothings.  He needs to at least get to know you before you bend him over.  Once you go to that trouble, the sympathy fxxk of parting with the shocks for $200.00 would be less painful.  Kind of like life in general.

Now I know, I might catch grief for this post.  Hell, I may have just lost $200.00 for shocks I dont need.

But really man, is a little dinner, wine, chocolate and KY Lube too much to ask?

LMAO LMAO DS is easy LMAO LMAO

I will say this, Fox shocks have the best damn resale value of anything on a buggy.  Those shocks look new, and they will bring near new price.

Not to steal DS's thread but I have a pair of these as well if someone is looking for a set of 4. DS and I are close so I am sure we could ship them together to save a little coin.

I bet you get better tech support from DS than the other source your looking at.

FWIW,I have ZERO idea if the shox can be bought for 417 new or not but if so I'd have a hard time forking over 400 bux for used vs 417 new. Where did you find new ones for 417 bux? Just curious.

Yumm been huffin paint fumes in the heat.  rofl  DS's been busy as hell I'll see if he even knows.  Also let wife know someone may have a "thing" for him.

BTW I can beat the $417 inc shipping.  But I bought mine thru DS because of service.  Took all kinda info, weight ea corner, ratio of arms, angle of mounts and valved them to fit. FREE.  Did increase 20psi of nitro in them for dunes.

for starters I posted $400 so that's an asking price.  the shocks were up to $240 each but have come down, now those cheap shocks sand dragon posted on my classified thread about are valved 75/85 if this valving doesn't work then you would have to of course change it . now if you can't do this yourself then you will have to learn or pay someone. call those guys on sand dragon's post and see if they will re-valve them the way you need them plus have them walk you through what valving you need.   I will not sell these shocks for $200 for the pair maybe I would come down to $350 other wise i will just keep them for a future build personal or customer especially since they look new.

I would too but if you get no customer service and have to re-valve with 0 help on deciding which way to go versus offering me $350 and in return get that help plus they might already be valved at a good starting point. that might be worth it but otherwise new would be the way to go.

Hey Orvel go to http://polyperformance.com/index.php and give them a call they bought out all of Fox blue top shocks after they went to the new black tops and I bought a new set of ten inch shocks for $125 each. They had 26 pairs left about a month ago. A budy of mine bought a set of twelve inch for the same price.

first off thanks for sharing that on my classified ad and second off, that's funny that there story has changed so many times as to where they got them and why they are so cheap. lol

I will not undersale DS. I wanted to offer shock 3 and 4. To help DS if someone is looking for 4. Other wise I will just keep mine for another project. May be the picnic table deal? Imagine chilling on top a dune?

Yes..  FastAce has been counterfeited. I know, I got a rear shock for my pitbike that was fake, and one that was real.  Read up about it and sure enough, there's someone knocking em off...

For the cheapness of the pitbike shocks, I can't imagine they wouldnt step up their game to counterfeit big dollar shocks...
