You might be surprised. I did say the price was right didn't I? It was good enough that I was willing to risk my prized trailer to haul it home before somebody else snatched it up. 
I always do the best I can with what I've got.
I wish I had a chance to start a good buggy. I think I actually enjoy sub-assemblys and building tools more than complete projects though. Plus tools and equipment are easier to justify to myself and the GF. Some day I will have enough money and a well enough equiped shop that I don't have to outsource anything. Then the serious buggy building will begin....It's just not today.
