We really ought to know more about what your goals are with the buggy.
Unless you're looking for a lot of suspension travel you can use smaller type 1 cv's less expensively. Plenty strong enough for that. Somebody post up the angle they can go to. I can't remember.
I really,really,really don't want to sound like I'm being negative but,reading between the lines,it seems like you may not fully grasp how technical building a rearsuspension system really is let alone a front system with steering thrown into that mix. Nothing wrong with that,we all knew nothing when we began. Many of us,maybe most, have either built to a set of plans or bought several sets,studied them,copied ideas and in general learned a boatload of things that way. What I'm getting at is that I will again strongly urge you to buy a set of plans that suits your needs and save yourself a ton of headaches and maybe save you from getting frustrated and not finishing what should be a fun build.
