powder coating sprocket

Trying to decide how to finish rear sprocket (steel) on Barracuda. Thinking about powder coating.  I'm concerned about the added dimension, of the coat, on the teeth.  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Mask off the teeth and PC the rest of it. Might want to mask off the mounting areas also. If you don't mask it off you will need to remove the pc from areas that mate with other parts before assembly.
