Also it might not be reasonable depending on available component supply, but second-hand R33/R34 Nissan GTR factory intercoolers are supposedly  good for up to 400 horsepower worth of airflow for low unit cost - just give 'em a pressure-test and a degrease and away you go...

run the shortest intercooler hoses and use scoop to catch the air and force it through the cooler
put a screen in the scoop
