...After I modeled the Edge's design with Auto Desk's Inventor, I could put the a-arms through their motion to check plunge.  Tony, at the Edge, did a pretty good job of getting it close with the Edge plans.  I only altered it a tiny bit with a slightly different rear upright.
Care to share what you altered?

     Sure, I went to a 3/4" heim instead of the 5/8".  That pushed the upright out farther than the plans.  So to make up for it you would have to either increase the length of the upper control arm or modify the upright.

Here is a pic of my rear upright.



My mounting holes have been moved from the plans by about 4.5mm
