Header Supplies

For those of us that build their own headers I think I may have found the holy grail of mild/stainless/aluminum mandrel bends. I have had a hard time finding right size tube in mild let alone 304 SS for header construction in smaller sizes like 1.5 and 1.65  OD's. In the 1.5" they offer 2.25 radius but what I REALLY am digging is the choice in 1.65" OD there is 2.5 and 3" radius to make nesting easy and a nice tight package. In mild you also have the option of 4.5" . I think I'm in heaven. ;D ;D ;D ;D

When you get there go to builder kits and the collector section. For the busa I bought an investment cast 304 SS one piece header flange from someone. I suppose you want a link to it also huh? 8) ;D ;D I'll get it. ;D

I was going to machine a couple from billet stainless but I am having a hard time finding the time. That is for a gen1 Busa? And how much?

Yes Gen 1 busa. 140 bux,I think they are now. I just ordered one but didn't really ask how much.They were 135 when he first started making them but I've recently seen the 140 stated. Whatever, I can't justify the time to make one from plate.

yes. Ill order 2 though as Im building another Busa Cuda Heimification for myself and a 2-seater. I have a customer that I am building a roller for with all the gadgets for a Busa. Maybe he should get one as well.
