Looks to me like the mouthy black dude got what he had coming for getting in the guys face.  And he was still talkin shit.  Some people just don't learn....

The best part is the stupid woman telling him to sue.  Sue for what?  He started a fight and lost (on camera) and then threatened the guys life repeatedly (still on camera).

By the way, I really don't give a shit that he was black.  If it was anybody else, I'd still say the same thing.
