Crazy, look up Frogdog on OFN, he built a real simple one using a tranny jack rather than that long piece of tube. acording to him it works real good, and easy to tuck away.

I think you are missing what he is saying.
"There can be no divided allegiance here.  Any man who says he is an American,
but something else also, isn't an American at all.  We have room for but one
flag, the American flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is
the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a
loyalty to the American people."
Theodore Roosevelt 1907

HA, thats very common!

I'll take a shot at it. Rotary indexer ?

Frogdog built one using a tranny jack, jack holds small rotary table on its side, jack moves closer to the bender as you feed tube into bender. Jack is adjustable up and down. Can use it to feed tube across drill press, etc. Works great and you dont have that huge tube clogging up your shop.

Am I close?

OK...this was much easier than typing all that...

Ya that is pretty much what I was looking for.  I had not thought about making it free standing.

Here is the link to one Yoshi built.
