the 2.4mm one, I havent got the cup(?) for the smaller tungsten yet.
I sharpen it on a bench sander, with the grain. how where you doing yours?
I found the bench grinder to be a little rough.

Ah you mean the collet, you can buy them off e-bay, and I use a stillo tungsten holder it's like a hollow pencil and yeah like you said on a linishing belt with the grain.

I think I may still have a stone for the bench grinder for sharpening Tungstens... It's faster than the belt and somewhat more reliable...I'll look I think I just saw it :o

It only takes about 8 seconds to clean up the tip, No point bothering over something like that IMO.
I'll have a look on Ebay, i was just going to go into gentronics and pick some stuff up, thanks for the tip!

Yes, I think that was the Ali setting's, I dont have an issue with turning the electrode in my hand? It only takes a couple seconds and it's easy to get the knack of.
