Problem solved. Fadal uses metric and inch ballscrews. Machine was set for inch ballscrews and that just doesn't work! LOL!!! Smooth as glass now.

 I ASSUMED (we all know what that does ::) ;D )that a running machine at leaast had the parameters correct. I guess some one was having a bit of fun at my expense.
