some custom exhausts
« on: February 24, 2009, 06:36:57 AM »
hi

here are a few exhausts i have fabd for people
i love making them

this is a tl1000 in a piranha
the headers are equal length (within 20mm) the muffler is one off the bike
its all stainless steel
i have rubber mounted the muffler to the frame
the headers are solid mounted to the centre engine mount
and the front header is spring connected
this allows enough flex to stop cracking

this one is a vtr
i have done many custom mods on this
the exhaust is s/s
the tail section of the exhaust is a muffler (not straight through)
many hours of thought

this is a s/s muffler i built for a trx450r

Ya I roll the 2 stroke pipes for all my buggies...
Got a few different programs on the puter to aid in their design,
But, I usually only work with mild since nobody around here will pay for stainless ::)
