I thought I was having flashbacks. :m  All are Clecite 77.  The first bearing is how all the Clevite un-plated race bearings I have used look out of the box. The next two must have been in the 'shrooms! LMAO

that's interesting. all the hardened bearings i used in my 4 cyl looked cooked like those two right out of the box.
