Being a banana bender, but having married a sandgroper and created another four, I think I'm somewhat offended by that statement!

I'm sorry (for you), I can't see why.... I asked a simple question and all I get is pissy juvenile responses... OOOOO it's a big secret.....

Banana bender is a Queenslander. Someone from Queensland - an Australian state.
Sand groper is a West Australian. Someone from West Australia - another Australian state.
Australia is a country on the other side of the world.

I find it amazing how offended people get about things they don't understand?

you mean they get pissed about things they don't understand? Simply because they don't understand them?
Can you tell me what it says in the dictionary about that ;D

how did you work out your trailing links (c'mon, you knew that was coming ;D) as they don't seem to attach at the points Camel illustrated.
Cheers!

That question.... You both know what I'm asking, are you just being argumentative?

ME!  Argumentative?  What leads you to think that.........?

No, seriously, like I said somewhere else.  I haven't seen the buggy for a long long time.  I don't know anything about the cush drive or the trailing links.

That being said, I acknowledge the problem Doug is suffering with.  It happened on the first day we took Ray's buggy out.  You know what the solution appears to be?

Are you sitting down?

They are welding the sprocket to the hub.

I kid you not.

Personally, I'm thinking urethane, or if i go with the diff locker/planetary gearset arrangement, the cush drive from a clutch backing plate.

I hope you continue to have a pleasant day! :-*
