R16 Front Lower A Arm
« on: June 04, 2012, 06:58:12 PM »
Well , as I suspected since building them, the Rorty R16  front lower a arm design is not up to the task. Bent both of them ,not bad at all really, and haven't even landed hard. Well,,,,,,not what I call hard. ;D ;D Have hammered the crap out of whoops tho. ;) ;)  A bit of shock tuning might have put off the inevitable but I'm glad to know now so I can fix and now ride even a bit more confidently(translated to balls to the wall  rofl).  If I had time before St Anthony I'd just build new ones but I think I have a nice fix concocted. Pics tomorrow nite.
"There can be no divided allegiance here.  Any man who says he is an American,
but something else also, isn't an American at all.  We have room for but one
flag, the American flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is
the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a
loyalty to the American people."
Theodore Roosevelt 1907
