Would laser cuttuing hub flanges bolt holes for the tire to bolt to be accurate enough or should they be drilled with a milling machine?

Have a quality waterjetter do it . I use Tulsa Plastics.  Ask for Abrahim/Abe. Just send a DXF file by email for quote. They are extremely anal and keep daily records of nozzle times and adjust offsets dailyy at least. Always gotten parts within .002-.005 inch.

Even if the offset was off, that would make the hole small or large. The placement would still be correct. You can always drill out the holes a few though. The laser shop I use has four machines running two shifts. Everything I have had done has been very accurate.
