Would it be wise to run beadlocks on the front of a Busa powered Cuda, I will be running beadlocks in the rear.

Depends on how /where you ride/tire type,etc...

the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a
loyalty to the American people."

Mostly hard pack, some trails with rock, very little sand.  I purchased the Bearclaws front and rear.

I would think that the front would be more likely to unseat than the rear.  Of course on hard pack you generally won't be running low pressure.

Running Atv tire on Atv wheel I never lost a bead.  I think they all have that bead lip that makes them so dang hard to get off.  Now when you run a tire at half the reg pressure then you might have issue.

The reason I ask is that I've always rode dirt bikes and I believe the tire lock on those rims simply keep the tire from spinning on the rim.  Is it that the bead could break loose or the tire could spin on the rim, or both.  I'm a novice at best in the buggy world.

Well on a dirt bike, when you go around a corner you lean into it, so the majority of the forces are trying to compress the tyre radially.

In a buggy, the tyres don't lean into a corner, so the cornering forces are transferred into the sidewalls of the tyres, and try to unseat the bead.

The fronts don't get loaded up as much as the rears, but if you are worried, you could always fit some internal beadlockers.  http://offroadequipment.com/product-detail.asp?iProductID=315&iCategoryID=45

While beadlocks are spendy,
I think they are nice for the just in case...Plusn changing tires is easier

I doubt you will need beadlocks with bearclaws. I never had any problem. Bearclaws are very good tires with very good beads.
